I made a withdrawal of £1800 on the I got an email on the 20th to say it was a failed withdrawal.
Hope he stops being the face for this company. Apparently put my fingerprint saved password in wrong.? Also the bonuses you get you have to play 300 times to get to keep the funds so theyre a scam? To be honest out of all the sites this is the least favourite which is a shame cause Keith lemon is brilliant. Oh and I also got locked out of my account when I was checking the withdrawal status. Get a bit of a larger amount and they won't release funds until monday apparently even though I Requested at 1.30pm within their time frames and they emailed confirming my request at 1.43pm I won't be paying anything to them anymore when you win you should get it in a far better time scale than 4 days my partner got 20k on a much better site and had that within 4hours so there's not really an excuse unless there's some money laundering going on somewhere. Requested withdrawals in the past small amounts and had zero issues.
